When can I expect my delivery?
Different methods of shipping will provide different delivery times. All orders are processed within 24 hours from the moment we receive the order. (Excluding Saturday’s)
- Royal Mail 1st class generally takes 1 to 3 working days.
- Royal mail 2nd class generally takes 2 to 5 working days.
- Our Courier service normally takes 48 hours.
- A guaranteed next day delivery service for mainland UK orders can be selected at the checkout for orders received by 2pm which is available Monday to Thursday.
What is your returns policy?
As long as the ordered item is unused, we will be happy to provide a full refund. You can contact one of the team here with any queries you may have about returns and refunds by emailing us email@example.com or telephone 033312 180180.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs for the United Kingdom Mainland start at £2.39. Please note that large or heavy items such as tables are sent via specialist courier whom will contact you to arrange delivery.

I have ordered an incorrect item, can I exchange it?
If the item is as new and can be resold then please return it for a full refund or an exchange.

On some orders we provide you with the tracking details which will be sent via the couriers software if an email address and or mobile phone number has been provided.
